Refinishing your floors should be done every 7-10 years, but if you have pets or high traffic areas, you may want to do it sooner , about 4-6 years. Some signs to look for to know its time to refinish include scratches and dents or a dull look to your floor. 

We use state of the art machinery and dust containment systems to virtually eliminate dust from the sanding process. We will do our best to make sure dust is contained as much as possible.

We are skilled in creating custom stain colors to achieve almost any color desired by utilizing traditional oil based stains, water based stains, fuming techniques, Rubio Monocoat, Pallman Magic Oil, and more.  Whether its a traditional Swedish finish or a water based finish, you can be confident we will achieve the best result for your floors.
